Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

The Courtship is a service of Courtship Society, Inc. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or contact us, how we use it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, age range, what you're looking for, and anything else you choose to include in a consultation request or application. We also keep a record of your consent, including when it was given.

Basic technical information generated by visiting the site, such as your browser type and approximate region. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

How we use it

To review your request, contact you about a consultation, and — if you proceed — to consider potential introductions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who sees it

Our introductions team, and the service providers we use to operate the business (hosting, database, email, scheduling). Anything shared with another member during an introduction is shared only with your knowledge.

How long we keep it

For as long as your file is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email join@courtshipsociety.com and we will action it promptly.

Security

Applications and consultation requests are stored in a private database that is not publicly readable. Photographs, where submitted, are stored in private storage.
