These terms govern your use of courtshipsociety.com and the services offered by Courtship Society, Inc. ("The Courtship", "we"). By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Information you provide must be accurate and about yourself.
What we provide
A private introductions service. Submitting a request or application does not guarantee acceptance, a consultation, an introduction, or any particular outcome. We select whom we represent and whom we introduce, at our discretion.
Your conduct
Treat members and our team with respect. Do not misrepresent yourself, harass anyone, share another member's information without permission, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may decline or end service at any time for conduct that breaches these terms.
Fees
Where a paid engagement applies, its scope, fee, and payment terms are set out in a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer of a fixed price.
Introductions and personal safety
We vet with care, but we cannot verify every detail about any individual and we are not responsible for the conduct of members or third parties. Use your own judgment when meeting anyone, and meet in public the first time.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the marks used on it belong to Courtship Society, Inc. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Courtship Society, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
